- Need for citizen’s voluntary participation and efforts to prevent national loss due to conflicts caused by confrontation between citizens from different areas, classes and generations and with different ideologies
- Need to build a consensus for national cohesion and provision of basis for turning national cohesion efforts into voluntary national movement
Purpose
- Formation of a network of cooperation with civic organizations
- Promotion of exchanges and cooperation with civic organizations concerning the PNPC programs and carrying out joint programs
- Dissemination of the culture of grand integration through promotion of working-level meetings for cooperation with NGOs in political, economic, social, and cultural sectors as well as grand integration

- Operation of the Civil Society Council for National Cohesion
- - Holding meetings of civic organization representatives and working-level personnel in a total of 12 occasions for composition of the Council between December 2013 and May 2014

plans
- Continued communication with civic organizations to have the results reflected in the setting of the direction of national cohesion policies and explore agenda items of cooperation in relevant areas
- Promotion of improvement of systems that will contribute to resolution of social conflicts and national cohesion by linking major agenda items associated with civic organizations with the seven virtues of the Movement for a great sense of reward through daily activities; promotion of joint programs with civic organizations
